Through our Farmer Support & Training Program, we offer hands-on guidance in all stages of coffee production — from planting and field management to harvesting, processing, and post-harvest handling. Our agricultural specialists train farmers on best practices such as:

  • Selecting and planting high-yield, disease-resistant seedlings.

  • Proper pruning, mulching, and shade management.

  • Sustainable pest and disease control methods.

  • Effective cherry harvesting and sorting to ensure top-grade beans.

  • Safe and hygienic drying, storage, and parchment handling techniques.

We also promote environmentally friendly farming methods, including soil conservation, organic fertilization, and water management practices that protect both the land and the livelihoods of farming families.
