Once ripe, coffee cherries are carefully handpicked to ensure only the finest are selected. These are pulped within hours, washed in clean water, and dried slowly under the sun on raised nets. The parchment coffee is then stored in climate-controlled facilities to maintain moisture balance and freshness before being hulled into green beans.

We maintain strict quality control procedures at every stage — from sorting and grading to roasting and packaging. Our modern facilities use food-safe handling methods, ensuring that every bag of Ground Coffee meets international standards for export.
